By accessing or using Newar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

To use Newar, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Keep your account information current
• Protect your password and not share it with others
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Newar is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers. We do not provide the underlying services ourselves.

When booking through Newar:

• Confirmations: Bookings are confirmed once the service provider accepts your request
• Pricing: Prices are set by service providers and shown before you confirm
• Cancellations: Cancellation policies are set by each provider and shown at booking
• Quality: Service quality is the responsibility of the individual provider, not Newar

If you offer services through Newar, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your services and pricing
• Honor confirmed bookings or cancel within your stated policy
• Maintain any licenses, permits, or certifications required by law
• Deliver services professionally and in good faith
• Comply with applicable tax obligations on your earnings

Payments for services are processed between customers and providers according to the method agreed at booking. Newar may introduce in-app payment processing in the future, governed by separate payment terms.

Subscription fees for provider plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Only verified customers who completed a booking may leave a review. Reviews must be honest, based on actual experience, and free of hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

You may not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Violates the rights of any person or business
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Promotes illegal activity or violence

Newar may remove content that violates these terms at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use Newar for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or business
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest data
• Bypass our booking or payment systems to avoid fees

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Newar are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

By posting content (reviews, photos, listings) on Newar, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with operating and promoting the service.

Newar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

We do not endorse or warrant the quality, safety, or legality of any service offered by a provider on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any service booked through it.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Newar in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of Newar after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Iraq.
